It started with a homebrew kit, a garage, and a shutter door that became the backdrop to something bigger. Shutter Up Brewing Company is craft beer with a nod and a wink — brewed in Preston, Lancashire with proper ingredients and no shortcuts.
Every batch starts behind that shutter. Small scale, hands-on, obsessive about quality. We don't mass-produce. We brew what we love and put our name on it.
From hop-forward pale ales to bold, flavour-packed IPAs — if we wouldn't drink it ourselves, we don't sell it.
Our flagship. Clean, crisp, and loaded with Simcoe hops. Pine, citrus peel, and a dry finish that keeps you coming back.
CoreTropical and hazy with Citra and Mosaic. Mango, grapefruit, and a soft bitterness. Dangerously drinkable for its weight.
CoreA hazy session pale built on a bed of German and Czech noble hops, then double dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra. Soft, pillowy mouthfeel with layers of tropical fruit, stone fruit, and a gentle herbal spice underneath.
